Eligibility Requirements

All renters and operators of motorized equipment must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license issued by any U.S. state or foreign country. A physical driver’s license must be presented upon arrival; digital copies or photographs of licenses will not be accepted.

Reservation Policy

To secure a reservation, a payment of 50% of the total rental fee is required at the time of booking. This payment ensures that the reserved Jet Ski(s) will be held exclusively for your use on the designated date and time.

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel your reservation, we require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice to issue a full credit, which may be applied to a future rental of equal or greater value. Please note that we do not offer refunds for advance reservations. Rental credits do not expire and may be redeemed at any time in the future.

Damage Deposit Requirements

A damage deposit is required upon check-in. This may be paid via cash or credit/debit card. If paying by card, the deposit amount will be charged at the time of check-in and subsequently voided upon the safe return of the Jet Ski in good condition. Please allow 1 to 4 business days for the funds to be released back to your account. The cardholder must be present at the time of check-in to sign the deposit charge slip and participate in the initial inspection of the equipment. We do not permit the use of credit or debit cards belonging to another individual, including family members.

Alcohol & Substance Use Policy

Alcohol is not permitted on Jet Skis under any circumstances. Operating a Jet Ski while under the influence of alcohol or any substance poses serious safety risks and is strictly prohibited. If any member of your party arrives smelling of marijuana or appears impaired, we reserve the right to cancel the rental without refund. Your safety—and the safety of others—is our highest priority.

Arrival Guidelines

Please plan to arrive at least one (1) hour prior to your scheduled rental time. For groups renting multiple Jet Skis, we recommend arriving one and a half (1.5) hours in advance to complete all required documentation, register additional drivers, conduct safety briefings, review lake regulations, and perform equipment inspections. Jet Ski launches take place at the nearby recreation area. Early arrival may result in bonus time on the water, when possible.
